After decades of various treatments, and many thousands of pounds spent, I had yet another back flare up. This was by far the worst one I had ever had and I was desperate. I searched online and found BIS. I watched a couple of the videos that Michael had done, and was pretty impressed. But of course I was extremely dubious as there are so many professed ‘experts’ out there and so much conflicting advice. I emailed Michael to find out more about his credentials and checked him out on his profession’s register. He was who he said he was! So I joined, and I have never looked back. The programme is excellent, initially starting with exercises designed to build up the core strength needed to support the spine. It then progresses to harder and more varied exercises, still focused on back health, but based very much around activities of daily living – teaching you how to go about everyday life safely. All this is accompanied by excellent education about the spine in emails and videos, and ‘live’ support given directly by Michael and Lara. Out go all the ‘bad’ habits that perpetuate back pain, replaced by a new awareness and respect for your back. I could not praise the programme more highly! It works. It is incredible value and great to work with a community of people with the same goals and concerns, led by the most fantastic team. After decades I am now free of back pain. THANK YOU!
