Phase Three
Phase Three of the Post Pregnancy Program is designed to support you from weeks 12 to 18 postpartum. We'll be taking it up a notch and getting back into resistance based training to build on your foundational work from the previous Phases. These are the start of the back friendly workouts that will help you continue to get back in shape postpartum!
