Phase Three

You're going to continue your journey with strengthening in a more effective manner. The first section will provide very general information on the Phase. The education section will build further on teachings in the former Phases and introduce new concepts. The coaching section will follow the former Phases in structure and introduce two new workouts as well as guidance on the routines as a whole and individual exercises specifically. Finally we have a supplementary section to help you where modifications to the individual exercises are needed.
