Phase One

This is the starting point for the program and consists of 3 distinct sections. The first section is a welcome to the program with some general information to help you get started successfully. The second section is educational and there to help you better understand your own body and back injuries. We know from thousands of members and patients alike, that those that better understand their body and the principles behind progress do a lot better. Finally we have the exercises that make up the Phase One routine itself, both individually and combined together into a 15 to 20 minute routine that will form the foundation of your healthy back!
