Hi guys, this is a such a great idea:) I can now workout with Lara at the right speed. As Jane said, this is phase 2 which I’m currently still doing but wanted to take a look at the phase 3 routine? I enjoyed doing the routine again today though!

Just to let you know that this is the Phase 2 workout of yesterday and not Phase 3. Not a problem as I enjoyed it again 🙂
