The Flexibility Program

There is a right time for everything. the objective increasing of your hip flexibility in particular is great for your back health long term. Once you're well on your way to rebuilding and strengthening the muscles that protect your back you're ready to work on flexibility in tandem. Typically this is half way through Phase 3 at the earliest. You can always revisit this program a couple of times a year beyond that to maintain good flexibility too.
