What To Expect In The First 4 weeks Of Pregnancy

In the first 4 weeks of pregnancy, especially if this is your first, it is hard to know what to expect. For some women they will feel absolutely fine, they may not even notice any changes in their body at all. Whereas for other ladies they will start to feel changes… or just different to their norm, very early on!

Changing energy levels in early pregnancy is something I noticed very early on, there would be a few days dotted around where I felt extremely sluggish, and then the next day I was feeling back to my springy-self ready to hit the gym hard. As my energy levels are usually fairly constant, this change was something that really stood out.

Food aversion in early pregnancy is something else that you may experience! For example, the first 2 weeks were completely fine for me, but as the days went on I began to notice small changes creeping in, such as no longer enjoying my morning coffee, so I cut this habit out completely.
