What Should I Stop Doing If I Have Leg Pain & Back Pain – Sciatica

What should you do if you’re suffering from back pain with leg pain, also known as Sciatica? Well, often it begins with what you should stop doing.

Understanding what causes sciatica is really the first and most important step, this helps you better understand what is going on, and why you may be feeling pain in the leg, even though there is no damage or injury in the leg where the pain is.

This appreciation for what is going on will also help you avoid the wrong sorts of exercises, like those we talk about in the video, that actually make the cause of this leg and back pain worse. At the same time these stretches do little to nothing to help with the healing process. In fact, quite the opposite.

We always try to be helpful with our videos and that is why at the end of this video we talk about some strategise that are going to help you more effectively remedy the leg and back pain in a way that addresses the cause of the sciatica.

Feeding in some gentle decompression, the right sort of decompression. Keeping the hips mobile, without the lower back suffering, and working to bolster support for the lower back in general through carefully constructed strengthening exercises. These are the three things you can do to more proactively mend and recover from your low back and leg pain.

Ultimately these are the principles used to recover from sciatica.
