How Should I Get Out Of Bed With Back Pain?

Back pain & sciatica can be particularly bad first thing in the morning, and if your symptoms are not bad that doesn’t mean this time of the day isn’t one in which you should not be cautious. First thing when we wake up there will commonly be a greater degree of inflammation or swelling in the lower back region as well as less support from the muscles in general.

This will lead to a degree of vulnerability. So getting into good habits is of great importance. We talk here about some of the things that you should avoid when you first awake. Unfortunately many will have been recommended these particular exercises and therefore starting their day in a less-than-optimal way.

Do take care to remember that this waking routine is incredibly simple and easy to do. There is no reason you shouldn’t continue these practices even when you no longer have back pain.
