Firstly we want to identify that you’re in the right place, this video is specifically if you have a current back injury rather than someone who’s fit and healthy who’s training in the gym looking at their range of motion. We then want to consider that full range of motion exercises are really what we want to shoot for, however forcing it in the short term is going to be ill advised. This good range of motion will really help our back short, medium and long term.
Building a good, normal range of motion is going to require a good degree of strength in the soft tissues to enable this to be carried out safely. In this video we’ll go through 5 steps you can take to make improvements in your range of motion safely in a way that will help your back recovery!
